About
Whispertwine is a piece for two guitars that explores the guitar's noises as legitimate musical material. Divided into six movements, we see the guitar making new sound impressions on three of the movements. In the remaining three, historical norwegian folkmusic-material is infused with these impressions, leading the old tradition into an interesting symbiosis with the different ways of creating sounds on the guitar.
